Speed

Order arriving between Tuesday and Friday morning will normally ship the same day (not guaranteed).
Orders arriving between Friday afternoon and Monday, will be shipped on Tuesday.


Within Switzerland

Cycle Store Zurich offers free shipping (Swiss Post - Post Pac Economy - delivery in two working days, from Tuesday to Friday)

Customers can choose shipping with Swiss Post - Post Pac Priority (delivery on the next working day, from Tuesday to Friday) for additional CHF 9 (up to 2kg)


Within Europe

Orders within Europe will be charged CHF 39 (up to 2kg) - VAT & custom handling fees NOT included

Orders within Europe will be shipped by FedEx (delivery within 6 days, from Tuesday to Friday)


Outside Europe

Orders from outside of Europe will be charged CHF 49 (up to 2kg) - VAT & custom handling fees NOT included

Orders from outside of Europe will be shipped by FedEx (delivery within 10 working days, from Tuesday to Friday)


Local Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up -
do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges.
Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.


Return Policy for online orders (In-Store purchases can’t be returned by law, but we are happy to help if needed)

Sale items are non-refundable and not exchangeable.

Items purchased from cyclestorezurich.com within 14 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged.
The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation).
Gift vouchers are non-refundable & non- exchangeable or non-redeemable for cash.

For customers outside of Switzerland, please contact us before sending products back to us. We will guide you through the process.

Shipping costs for returns and reshipment are payable by the customer.

For exchanges, please specify the style and size you wish to receive.

For Returns, please indicate which item(s) are being returned for credit. Credit will be issued back to the credit card for the purchased item(s) excluding shipping.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the return processing date.

If you return all products and do not want to purchase an alternative product instead (including gift vouchers),
we’ll charge for our expenses (3% credit card commission plus shipping cost).
