Coffee beans are impulsive characters and roasting is an art. In the roasting shop of Café Noir
in Birmensdorf, expressive mixtures and constant quality are unceasingly being experimented. The product lineup
ranges from classic dark roasts to fruity interpretations that open up unexpected tastes. In order for
the mixtures to develop the best possible harmony, all beans are roasted in a variety of
ways and are then placed in the perfect mixing ratio.

The journey of the Café Noir began 9 years ago with first roasting experiments in a living room. Today,
the roasting company produces one of the best coffees in Switzerland, supplies private customers and coffee shops.
From a small idea grew a unique company and their lust for coffee is as big as on the first day.
